Founded by Chef Cole Ductan, a seasoned culinary artist with over 15 years of experience and a rich history that includes training with renowned chefs from all over the US and a stint at the renowned Disney World - Epcot's Food and Wine Festival, our restaurant promises an unforgettable dining experience.

Our specialty lies in our smash burgers, crafted with precision, passion, and the freshest of ingredients. But it's not just about the burgers...well, actually it is 100% just about the smash burgers. BUT, Our menu, inspired by Chef Cole's New American style training and immense dedication to the craft, Bay Area Burger Co. offers a diverse range of classic and trending menu items that cater to every palate. Having transitioned from the dynamic energy of his first food truck he opened in 2020, this little cozy spot at 126 S Broadway was fully designed and architected by Chef Cole himself. It has the BIG city feel of the modern and trendy restaurants you would find your self walking into in any BIG metropolitain city like New York or Chicago, right here in the heart of Green Bay. Cole has always been about evolution, growth, and the pursuit of culinary excellence. Went in for lunch quick and had a pretty darn good burger. I would recommend as one of the best in town. However, the chairs suck, like obnoxiously suck they're so small and the menu rn is limited to one kinda burger. Looking forward to more burgers to try from here.

Stopped in for lunch during a quiet time in the hours. I was pretty much in and out when it came to ordering and receiving my food and even with a 20-25 min drive home my food was still warm. The burger I had was absolutely delicious. Nothing more to be said about it. I’m not good critic but I can always spot a good burger. Would recommend this place to anyone

I love a good smashburger, but was generally unimpressed with the whole place. There was only one server to be seen for the first 15 minutes I was there (around 6 on a Saturday), and she was clearly slammed but handled it well. Burger was so overcooked it was *crunchy* and dry, plus it was poorly seasoned with just mustard - simply not enjoyable... which is especially concerning if that's pretty much the ONLY thing they do. Clearly nobody had opened the restaurant properly - TVs were all on splash screens (not tuned to anything), and tables weren't prepared: I had to search the place for ketchup because the only server didn't check on me until I was halfway done with my meal. Eventually more staff members showed up. Just kind of a poorly-run restaurant with not-so-good burgers.

Friendly staff, owner came to our table and chatted with us. Waitress was wonderful. Best onion rings- fries and cheese curds. Smash burgers very good. Check them out!
